Using a combination of thin client technology (Terminal Service/Remote Desktop (RDP), VNC, Apple Remote Desktop) & secure connectivity (VPN, IPSEC or SSH) we can securely diagnose your IT problems remotely as long as the system at fault is able to function as far as it is able to talk to the network & one of the required services for remote administration is available.
